Drop-in Sessions

We currently hold one drop-in session a week, every Wednesday at Ilkeston Health Centre (see map). You can turn up at any time between 10:00 and 12:00 and stay as long as you like! There is always at least one Peer Supporter on hand if you have any support needs, otherwise you can just chat with other mums, feed your babies and have a drink and a biscuit yourself.

The session is held in the Health Education Room, which is accessed via a door on the right-hand side of the building (we recommend you go in backwards if you have a buggy!) There is a door buzzer entry system - just press the button marked 'Reception' and say you're here for Cradles and they will let you in, then it's down to the end of the corridor, turn right, through the door straight ahead and we're in the first door on the right. If it's your first visit to us and you're not sure where to go, please call the helpline on 07900 682980 and we will arrange for someone to meet you outside and show you where to go.
